Leaving Child Mode

Tap the lock in the top left corner of the board, then answer the question for grown-ups. A wrong answer just shows a new question.

Keeping your child in the app

Child Mode hides everything else in Langkah. To also stop your child from leaving the app, use Guided Access, which is built into your iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Settings app on your device, go to Accessibility, then Guided Access, and turn it on.
2. In Child Mode, triple-click the side button to start it. On an iPad with a Home button, triple-click the Home button.
3. Triple-click again and enter your passcode to end it.

The same steps are inside the app: Settings, then "Lock the screen with Guided Access".

When the timer ends

Nothing moves on its own. The ring says "Time's up" and the card waits until your child taps Done. This is how the app is meant to work. If Langkah is in the background when time is up, you get a notification, as long as you allowed notifications.

Restoring your purchase

Open Settings in Langkah and tap "Restore purchase". Use the same Apple Account you bought Langkah Pro with. You do not pay again.

If it says it can't reach the App Store, check your internet connection and try once more.

Family Sharing and Ask to Buy

Langkah Pro supports Family Sharing. Once the purchaser has turned on purchase sharing in their Apple Account, family members tap "Restore purchase" in Langkah to unlock Pro.

"Waiting for approval" means Ask to Buy is on for your account. Pro unlocks when the family organizer approves the request.

What is free and what is Pro

Free gives you 10 activities, 1 board and 1 child. You can change the cards and timers on that board as often as you like, and the stars stay.

Langkah Pro is a one-time purchase: all 60 activities, unlimited boards and children, your own photos and your own voice recordings. There is no subscription.

Changing the language

Langkah follows your device language and comes in English and Bahasa Indonesia. To use a different language for Langkah only, add that language to your device first, then open the Settings app on your device, find Langkah in the list of apps, and choose Language.

Moving to a new device

Langkah has no account and does not sync. Your boards, stars, photos and recordings are part of your device backup, so they come along when you restore a backup or transfer directly from your old device. Then tap "Restore purchase" to unlock Pro again.

Refunds

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Everything stays on your device and we collect nothing. The details are in the privacy policy.
